We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you buy something, then change your mind you can return, or cancel, your unused item for a refund, or store credit/voucher, within 30 days of your purchase. If you purchased an item, and have used it, or have installed it, and have a problem with the item please call us on 07966464567 so that we may help you. Some items that have manufacturer defects may be replaced, or depending on the product, they may be repaired by the manufacturer.
How to return
When returning an item, please make sure you include your full name and contact details, and order number - a copy of the original invoice, and the original packaging.
If the item is faulty, we will cover recorderd delivery postage. For other returns, if appropriate, we will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs.
Please retain a proof of posting, which you can get from the Post Office.
